Haiti Air Ambulance (HAA) is a non-profit organization that provides medical care, emergency response, and critical maternal and perinatal care to the people of Haiti. As the only helicopter air ambulance service in Haiti, Haiti Air Ambulance is dedicated to serving all 11.4 million Haitians, regardless of their ability to pay.

Our organization has made a significant impact in Haiti, with over 2,000 patients benefiting from transport, triage, and treatment, 126 rural clinics and major hospitals depending on them for patient transport, and thousands of patients treated by Haiti Air Ambulance staff/partner doctors at over 200 landing sites.

Air Ambulance Services

In Haiti, travel to medical care can be a brutal journey lasting up to 12 hours in some areas, but with Haiti Air Ambulance’s life-saving helicopter transport, travel time is reduced to just 24 minutes. This is made possible through generous donations from people like you. Whether you give a dollar amount or cover the entire cost of a specific program or item, your donations ensure that Haiti Air Ambulance can continue to provide life-saving support to the people of Haiti through its services and specialized programs.

First Aid Training

Haiti Air Ambulance’s humanitarian efforts are not just limited to emergency response and critical medical care, as we also provide healthcare training and employment to address Haiti’s critical shortage of healthcare workers. Our organization delivers 600 First Aid courses annually to medical personnel and their communities and we have provided 60,000 COVID-19 vaccines and critical medical supplies. Haiti Air Ambulance is also the first on the scene to help rescue and treat victims of humanitarian crises such as hurricanes, earthquakes, and epidemics.
